Meg Largy is a results-driven educational leader who believes every student can succeed in math—and that learning should be joyful, empowering, and accessible to all.
As a district-wide Director of Mathematics, Accountability, and Assessment, Meg led transformational change that raised student performance—even through the most challenging phases of the pandemic. While many districts faced setbacks, she developed and executed a strategic plan that accelerated learning, strengthened instructional alignment, and significantly improved math outcomes across schools.
Before stepping into district leadership, Meg was a first, third, and fourth grade classroom teacher whose students consistently achieved the highest grade-level proficiency across her SAU on NH SAS and Smarter Balanced assessments—a testament to her passion for math and effective instruction.
With central office experience supporting curriculum, instruction, and assessment across five schools in three districts, Meg brings a unique blend of classroom insight and systems-level strategy. She’s committed to building school cultures that spark a love of learning, celebrate growth, and foster a shared belief in what’s possible.
Meg’s leadership is grounded in the belief that students thrive when educators are empowered, data is used with purpose, and every child is seen as capable.
Meghan is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in teaching and administration. Having taught kindergarten, third, and fifth grade, and served as a district-wide Director of Mathematics, Accountability and Assessment in New Hampshire, Meghan possesses a deep understanding of diverse educational needs. Meghan excels in adjusting curriculum to align with the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and specializes in helping districts enhance their educational practices through assessment development and rubric work, and precise scoring calibration.
Meghan is a trained facilitator for the Ongoing Assessment Project (OGAP), is an expert in what she has coined "the science of math," with a deep understanding of the learning progression of mathematics.
Meghan's dedication to fostering student success and her proven track record make her an invaluable resource for districts seeking to elevate their educational standards and outcomes.

Tangible Impact
As schools across the country faced significant learning setbacks due to COVID-19, strong leadership, strategic direction, and targeted instructional support led one New Hampshire district to increase math achievement— as evidenced below.
After implementing a daily number sense routine and spiral review that developed and introduced, in addition to the alignment of curriculum to grade-level standards, third graders attained an 82% proficiency rate in 2023.*
